rfid 13.56MHZ project

hello everyone,
i need help in my rfid project. i want to make a navigation aid for blind people which uses 13.56MHZ reader connected to a pc.
does anyone know an easy to use rfid kit with reader &tags&software libraries?
please any help would be greatly appreciated.

how I can simulate an antenna on 13,56 Mhz if i have antenna, i konw the dimensions and parameters for antenna. The antenna is presented in next picture:

I tried to design this antenna in hfss but i have some problems whit vawe port, can"t anyone help me.
