Help me ~ Finding LTCC capacitor's equivalent circuit

I thought equivalent circuit like this circuit.

I don"t know exactly that the equivalent circuit is right.
so plz tell me what is problem~^^

This model makes sense, if the capacitor is small compared to the wavelength.
