Microstrip power divider - LTCC

Hello everyone,

I would like to design power divider or power splitter up to 40 GHz using microstrip lines without resistors (I have found many design with this resistor but I do not want to use it) ,my substrate is LTCC 9K7 (Eps:7.1 Loss: 0.001). Can you give me an advice which of many ways how to do is the best to minimalized size of this device with s-parameters as it should be?
