TSMA 0.13rfcmos model problem.

Dear all,

As I heard from my friend, tsm@ could provide 0.13 rfmos transistor with 6-terminal. This is included D, G, S, B, Nwell and Sub. Does anyone get this before for simulation? Does it provide a match simulation result with measurement in RF design?
