ADS P1dB and IP3 component with Q's

Hey i'm trying to find out what mode i must use in ads when i use inductors and capacitors with Q's for my simulation of P1dB and IP3. there are 3 modes: proportional to frequency, proportional to the sqrt(freq) and constant. which one do i use and why?

Why don't you use manufacturer's measured data if you have already selected your coil..?
