Photo Diode for biasing

Hello all.

I am developing a frequency doubler (5.25 - 10.5 GHz) and want to bias (100mV) the doubler by a photo diode. What specification should I look after while selecting the photodiode? Will its impedance have effects on my doubler? How should I model it?
