relation between photon energy and power

It is known that the energy of a photon is proportional to the frequency. I don't understand what's the relation , if any, between this energy and the energy (power actually) one uses to feed an antenna. If the antenna is made to resonate at higher frequencies less power should be applied then in the case of (the same type of) antenna used for lower frequencies?
