rf mems comptible with reconfigurable smart antena.

HEI can any one help me., (i,m doing my project on reconfigurable antena+rfmems switch+adaptive array ) for plotting returnloss in cst & hfss both. please....................if so then i obligue............................

Hi there, you failed to specify what exactly you need.
I can only guess that your MEMS device can be a set of switches. There are some SPDT MEMS switches on the market but when I tested one version at 5.8 GHz, I was disappointed by its high loss and poor isolation.

Please specify what you need , at what frequency, specifications.
