Pls recommend IC part number on freq multiplier group component?

I am thinking about an IC component which can do freq multipliers controlled by digital signals, who can recommend this IC part number? thanks.

Input signal: 100M
This IC can do X1
X2
...
...
X10
selected by digital control signal.

Just one ouput is OK.

PS:
I had used MC12009 series for prescalar, so I expected there is one IC can do so inversely. Otherwise, I have to conducted such circuits by seperate IC, such as switch, Xn, and switch. Anyone can recommed XN (N=1~10)component for about 100MHz ?

I think 100M X10 freq multiplier is not resonable. So I decrease the freq, Now I need an IC for 10M X10? 1MX10? 100KX10?

I posted a new thread in other forum. And Keith recommend IDT IC.
I checked that website and found most of IC is made by PLL or VCO, but IDT don't provide phase noise specifications.
My 10M input signal's phase noise is -160dbc/Hz at 1KHz, so I am afraid that using IDT component will detoriate the phase noise greatly.

1. IDT5V40501 seems only use pll multipliers, it said one sigma jitter is 15ps, can it converted to phase noise?
2. Any IC can directly perform prescalar as 1/2,1/4,1/8,1/16,1/32,... (Input freq say from 100M to 1M). I know MC12009 for /5 /6; MC12011 for /8 /9; MC12013 for /10 /11, but how about /7 /3 /4 /2? And how about the phase noise performance of MC120XX?
3. I am thinking DDS, but worried about its spurs...
