Calculator C,L on High Frequency RFID Output

Hello everybody , I have a picture about High Frequency RFID Output .But I don't calculator value of C and L ?Can you help me,please?Thanks

That is related to impedance match from transmitter output diff impedance to 50R. Use SmithChart.

Why you aren't use ZC=1/jwC ZL= jWL for inductance? W=2.pi.f, f is okey and the other parameters are also given.
