some question about gilbert cell in ADS
I have some question about designing of gilbert cell.
1- what are RF power and LO power affect in the cirtcuit?
2- how can I choise them? ( what are the best value for them? )

Just do simulation in ADS, and maybe you will get answer.
You should make sure that the gilbet model in ADS is as close as possible to the real component.
I did it but I couldn't find my problem
when I RFPower=-10db , gain is so different from RFpower=10dB?why?
check the P1dB point , maybe RF=+10dBm cause the mixer saturated. IIP3 is IM3 of input, that is always about 10dB greater than input P1dB.
