Help on Encoder / Decoder IR Remote Control Using IC HT12A & HT12D

Dear All,

I am Facing a Following Problem while building a 4 Relay IR Remote Control Using HT12A & HT12D Encoder/Decoder Pair.

Circuit Brief;
(1) I had connected SW5 as shown in Encoder IC(HT12A)
(2) Respectively I have connected 1 LED at D8 of IC (HT12D)
(3) L/MB connected to VSS (Ground)

Problem Facing :
(1) When I Press SW5 on HT12A Signal Gets Transmitted to HT12D (VT LED Glows indicating Valid Transmission) and Glowing of LED connected at D8 of HT12D but when I release the Switch (SW5) of HT12A, VT LED Glows two times simultaneously and Out put LED at D8(HT12D) gets off.

(2) While keeping L/MB open(disconnected), then pressed SW5 on HT12A, All Out put at HT12D decoder excluding pressed one (SW5 - D8) gets ZERO. Resulting non-glowing of LED at D8 out put of HT12D.

Kindly Help me out, I am getting frustrated with this Project. plzzzzzz help me ....
