Hi all,
Is there anyway that I can measure LNA's optimum noise impedance (Gamma_opt)?
Instead of using data from the LNA manufacturer, I need to measure it by myself and want to know the way to do that.
If there is any application note for this, please let me know or kindly explain the procedure to me. A test board, network analyzer and noise figure meter can be prepared if needed.

You should use Load-Pull Tuners to find Optimum Noise Impedance.
By changing Source Impedance, you'll obtain Noise Circles and one single Optimum Noise Match impedance.
Use "NP_5" shipped from ATN.
But currently this is shipped from the following.
Maury Microwave Corporation
Auriga Microwave: RF microwave front-end design, test & measurement experts
