2.6ghz oscillator used in speedy radar gun sg7

i am not getting the microwave transistor NE021(2.6ghz).Can someone help me how can i get 2.6ghz oscillator.thanks

This is an old transistor made by NEC (now bought by Renesas). Check here for an equivalent:

I also not getting the LM324 transistor and 4093 Schmitt trigger nand ic in ADS 2008,,,,,Can u tell me the equivalent.thanks

The LM324 is a quad Op-amp IC, its still readily available as is the CD(HEF)4093 IC
do some google searching for suppliers in your country or for one that will ship to your country

I have no idea what a ADS2008 is cant find any reference to it

there are several ways to get to 2.6GHz
3 examples....
1) VCO on that band Z-Comm or Mini Circuits is a good place to start
2) ~ 106 MHz crystal osc and multiplier chain
3) ~ 106 MHz crystal osc and a step recovery diode multiplier

VCOs, Surface Mount, 5V Tuning for PLL ICs look at the JTOS-3000P VCO

The Z-Comm / Mini Circuits VCO's are easy to obtain and easy to use and lend themselves well for use in a PLL cct

In the link given below it has not equivalent of NE 021 because thay are HJ FET.
