Need Zigbee specifications for LNA
Do u know RF spec such as P1dB, IP3, power consumption, NF, VDD and so on for zigbee?
I use 1.8 Volt VDD
Non wireless standard would give you this kind of spec for LNA
u need to make a system design of the complete transiver , then u get these spec's for ur LNA

khouly is right.the vdd depends on your technology, you apply it in your design. 1.8v is conventional for tsmc1801p6m (.18micron technology).the nf for whole of the front end is approximately less then 13db, that in the case of lna it is less than 3db commonly.power consumption for zigbee applications has to be low.but there is wide range for the power consumption in papers.from afew hundereds micro watt to a few milli watt.the ip3 and p1db are in this manner. their variations range is proportionally broad and we can not specify some fixed values for them.
