ADS 2009 Update 1 and Windows 7

I have some problem working on ADS 2009 update 1 on Windows 7. ADS starts normally, but when i try to create a new layout, the program suddenly quit without any message

the installer is ok (now i'm working on another machine with windows XP pro)

i've already tried to disable User Access Control in Win7, but i really don't find any solution :(
