Final year project/smart antenna design,patch array antenna/

Hi,
i m 4.grade student @university and have a final project about smart antenna design
patch array antenna.
and i m working on AWR microwave office and matlab.
could you tell me where i should start from.
or have you any documents about designing or codes about algorithms(doa,music)
i have very limited time.
if you have something ready or done project documents, i appriciate.

l'm also doing my final year project under the same title (smart antenna)... and l'm stuck and dont know how to do my design ... l'm going to use ANSOFT program in my design ... so plz if u have any referance or any useful information regarding that dont hesitate to send me, and l gana be so thankful ...
