ATF551M4 - Amplifier Avago "error detected by hpeesimofsim during netlist parsing "

Hi,
I'm creating a 7GHz Amplifier which needs a ATF551M4 , I 'm using ADS 2009 , I wasn't having ATF551M4 in my library and eventually i downloaded it from Avago website . now the issue is when i Simulate the program i get the error :

"error detected by hpeesimofsim during netlist parsing "
ADS Syntax Parsar Error in<string/GEMX netlist >Line 37 .

Also one more surprising thing is that when i click on ATF551M4 model, I dont see any parameters mentioned in the parameters section.

Appreciate if anyone can help me out.
