Required Monopole antenna design equations

Hi,

iam in the need of monopole antenna at 1800MHz. Could any one help me how to design monopole antenna in FR4 substrate.
and how to find out the impedance 50 ohm for feed(or the location ) .

Please suggest any materials to know more .

please find the attched. In the example they told about monopole at 1800Mhz. But not exapled about impedance. While simulation it is resonating at 3.6Ghz instead of 1.8Ghz.

this is a PIFA antenna u can find them in KIN LU WONG books more
but about the impedance i think he usually used 50 ohms
