Hi,
The process I use offers a differential inductor but it does not have center-tap. I try to design an oscillator. Does it mean that I have to use this inductor as a single inductor ?

If you inductor has two windings and four connections, then it is being used as a transformer.

One way is to feed your DC to both ends of the coil by radio frequency chokes, inductors whose impedance is high at the operating frequency but can carry the DC feed OK. They will have a minor influence on the operating frequency. This arrangement is called "shunt feed".

If you add a feed line on 2nd metal layer, you may supply you VCO..
