Need help in Agilent ADS 2009 Avago Design Kit

'm new in working with ADS. I installed Avago_ABA52563_250509
Desingn Kit. Instalation went without any problems. Component is seen in
Component Palette. If I try s-parameters simulation (by application
circuit), I get an error:
" Error detected by hpeesofsim during netlist parsing.
Unable to access library: Avago_ABA52563_250509. "
What am I doing wrong ? Appreciate any help.
