Routing Guidelines for high speed transmission line
If you need to transmit a 2 GHz signal, usually the best choice is to use a coaxial line. If you want it to continue on a PCB, then there are the following rules:
a) as most of test equipment and integrated circuits and filters, etc., operating at 2 GHz, are specified for 50-Ohm impedance, you should design the PCB stripline to match 50 Ohms.
b) the PCB substrate (dielectric) material should be chosen for a low loss; Teflon-based FR-4 and others are recommended.
c) around the stripline on the PCB, use grounding via holes; for the best approach you should look on evaluation boards designed to test MMICs.
d) separate all other lines and components at least ~10 mm from the "live" stripline, to avoid coupling and loss. If possible, use straight line sections. Bends and other inhomogeneities add to the line loss, and radiate signal power around.

I am planing to use CPWG configuration.COuld you please suggest me is it better that strip line and microstip? While routing are there any rules for arc routing like arc routing should me done only in particular angular.in CPWG confuration what is distance between the line and stitching vias should be maintained?
