Need help regarding ADS

Hi all,

i am doing simulatios on a cicuit that involves transmission gates. I want to know whether transmission gates option is present in ADS or i will have to use nmos and pmos to form transmission gates.

According to me transmission gates are digital block thus i think it needs to use some digital simulator for this instead of analog simulators . AM I RIGHT IN THIS ?

Also suggest some digital simulator for work.
