Hi everyone,
I′m interested in class e amplifier design and was wondering, what the shunt capacitance at the drain of the transistor is for?
In some papers I read, that when the transistor is modeled as a switch, the shunt capacitance consists of the drain-source capacitance of the transistor and an external capacitance.
So whats it for?
