Defected Ground Structure using ADS 2009

I am wondering how could to design a Defected Ground Structure using ADS 2009 especially how to insert draw defections on the ground plan
with my respect

There is 2 way to do this:

1) Define the Defected Ground Structure (DGS) on the SLOT layer.
2) Define it on the STRIP layer and assign ground reference ports on it.
