Bluetooth v4.0 dual mode implementation

in your opinion which is the best chip solution (in terms of power consumption) on the market that implements Bluetooth 4.0 dual mode (classic + LE)?

Could you please explain your answer in terms of power efficency? I found nordic solutions are less power consuming
