How to solve Yagi Antenna problem

Can any one know What happend if Reflector is remove from YAGI Atenna..
Their any tech to solve such problem ,And evlout result?

Even you can know it / feel it...Just imagine you cant hear from the right ear but your left ear is ok..Thatz it.

I want to know What it's Pattern IT's figure-8 or other.....

its going to destroy the radiation pattern of the antenna
its also going to significantly change the feedpoint impedance of the antenna
