RF energy harvester for ultra low power application

Hello people, i am currently having my research paper which is related to RF Energy Harvesting Circuit. i have this problem, my goal is to design a rectifier which receives an input voltage of 100mV, however the technology i am using which is 65nm TSMC's transistor devices cant handle this ultra low input voltage. i am thinking of a circuitry which will enable the input voltage swing to increase. Any ideas what kind of circuits should i use to create higher voltage swings? btw f=2.4 GHz, Wifi (RF) to be specific. thanks :)

You might be able to locate specs to make a transformer to do what you want.

Or, this LC resonant loop has possibilities. It boosts AC without semiconductors.

However no doubt my simulation is overly optimistic. A real circuit has parasitic resistances.

Add a load across the coil or capacitor. Start with light load, because it immediately drags the voltage down.

do i still need to do layout for this? or should i just put it somewhere in the test bench?

It requires an experimental circuit. You'll need to adjust LC component values to resonate at your operating frequency. There are no guarantees, because if it were guaranteed then this method would be in wide use.
