IE3D-Planar Monopole Antenna

Hi all,

I've Simulated Planar Monopole Antenna in IE3D as per Planar Antenna for Wireless Communication by Kin-Lu-Wong.But the simulated result obtained was different from the reference result,total low band is not tuning.
I've attached document and the Structure in IE3D.
Please help me to sort out this problem.

I tried the structure with the exact dimensions. We can see the 2 resonances clearly. However, the levels of resonances are much different. I have tried both infinite and finite substrates models and the IE3D results are consistent. It does not seem to me there is any problem in the simulation results. It is interesting both the measured and IE3D simulation results match very well on the paper. I think it is quite likely that some dimensions may not be exactly the same between the paper and the measurement setup. I would suggest you to contact Prof. K. Wong or his colleagues on it. Thanks for your suggestion, i'll try to vary some dimensions.
i think the structure should be elevated from ground plane.
