Spiral inductor design using HFSS - patterned ground shield

Hello.

I'm simulating a spiral inductor using HFSS. Now I insert a patterned ground shield but I don't know where should I connect it or if should assign any boundary or excitation. In reality, it will be connected to ground. Help me please.

Assign it as a Perfect E boundary. Or better, if you know the sheet resistance for the material, assign it as an Impedance boundary with the sheet resistance as resistance (and zero reactance).

I'm pretty sure you don't need to connect it to anything. It will block the fields whether or not it's connected to anything in the model.
