Impedance matching problem

Hi;
I'm using je 5.4 version and i try to feed a circular plaque with a waveguide port. But if I calculate without considering the impedance matching problem; I get a result but if I add the power value and the impedance; i get some errors and I dont understand!
If anybody can help
