Cavity Backed Slot Antenna

Hi everyone.. I'm currently trying to obtain similar results as the literature reviews (see attached file). However i'm encountering some problems such as the XY plot i have obtained is different from the literature review. How can i try to shift the graph towards the right? Someone please give me some advise. Thanks!
