Micristrip-Fed Cavity Backed Slot Antenna: Get Rad Pattern

I cant seemed to get the right radiation pattern. The resonant frequency seems is be correct though. Can someone look at the design and tell me whats wrong? Or how to i get the E and H plane radiation pattern

What should the values of phi and thetha be.
Also what should the start and stop points be when defining the infinite sphere.
