Maxwel users plaese help me

Hi All
I need your help as I’m trying to design a spiral inductor@ 30 MHz using Maxwell v.11 eddy current solver with current excitation to solve the matrix of its inductance and resistance and i apply the skin effect and the eddy current effect but I have two problems
1- The value of the resistance is lower than its experimental result although the inductance is good so give me your advice if I should do any other setting or using another solution type
2- in my model there are some plates with thin thickness and the program don't accept them as the mesh failed so I tried to assign a model resolution to fix the problem but it doesn't work as the thickness is 0.00016 mm and I assign the model resolution 0.00016 and 0.00008 but there is something I can't solve so would you please advise me how could i solve it also i tried to assign to each plate mesh operation on selection with 0.00008mm and mesh operation inside selection with 0.000053mm and a surface approximation with 0.00008 how could I select their values if they are the only solution
