Parallel Plate in Ansoft Maxwell 3D

Hello,

I am trying to calculate the force between two thin plates and also between thin plates with connecting rib structures which each have a potential on them. I cannot get this simple simulation to converge.

Are there problems with finding fields at sharp corners? Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be causing an error? It seems like it should be very straightforward.
