HFSS simulation - wrong design, where is the error?

I designed this patch antenna using hfss 10 after doing the preliminary calculations.
I dont understand what is wrong with the design. I dont even get the s-parameters right.The more i try to locate the problem the more confused i get.

It should work at 10GHz.

I am new to HFSS so please detail the steps to improve my design.Is there something wrong with my waveport ?
