Urgent problems in IE3D simulation

I am a new learner of IE3D. When simulating a L-probe feed patch antenna from a journal paper, its results are different from those shown in that paper. Would you mind helping me to solve it? The paper about the antenna is also attached in the rar file. Thanks.
