[moved] Problems starting TCAD Sentaurus, empty workbench

I am a beginner trying to run a simulation of a simple crystalline solar cell.
I have drawn the cell and meshing is successful. I am sending a picture attched.

However, I am having two problems at the moment.

1- none of my effort is showing on the workbench

2- how do i start sentaurud device to run the simulations.

the codes below are what i use to start the work bench and editor

command on tiger:-

/share/apps/synopsys/2014-15/R HELx86/SENTAURUS_2014.09-SP1/b in/swb

export LM_LICENSE_FILE=27020@ 192.168.64.128

for opening swb:-
export LM_LICENSE_FILE=27020@ 192.168.64.128; /share/apps/synopsys/2014-15/R HELx86/SENTAURUS_2014.09-SP1/b in/swb

for opening design:-
export LM_LICENSE_FILE=27020@ 192.168.64.128; /share/apps/synopsys/2014-15/R HELx86/SENTAURUS_2014.09-SP1/b in/sde


If any one has a sample code i can review to guide me please share.
