Folded Slot Antenna at 94 GHz

Hi!
I'm new.I'm doing a Folded-Slot Antenna at 94 GHz in HFSS with CPW for F.proyect and I have a problem. I'd like to do and infinite Substrate with PML. In that way, increasing the value of the thickness substrate (h), the result ought to be the same because the radiating lines of the CPW would be absorved by the PML if I'm not wrong
In fact, it should not be very difficult. I've been following this tutorial about PML but there is no manner. What I want to do is to simulate the folded Slot with a thickness value for the second substrate (which I think that must have the PML) that tends to infinite, although HFSS only permits me to use a maximum value of 3h (=3mm for the second substrate). You can see the picture In that way, the results should be the same thanks to the PML. With a PML, the rediating lines of the CPW will be absorbed.
