microfluidics design and simulation in coventor

hi to all! i am working on microfluidics mems strutures.... and i am facing a problem in netflow solver....i want to analyse the electrical behavioral....only voltage b.c. is applied in a channel flow...i am facing this problem....Couldn't find results files. Please check the log file for errors.......
