FEKO near-field convergence to far-field. Use MATLAB?

Hello everyone,

I'm using FEKO 5.4 and would like to determine the distance where the near-field converges to the far-field within a certain tolerance. I'm having a bit of difficulty in figuring out how to implement this entirely in FEKO. From what I can tell, I can't even subtract the near-fields from the far-fields in POSTFEKO, as they are different "types" of data and use different radio buttons.

It would be convenient to do it all in FEKO, but have considered interfacing FEKO and MATLAB. That way, I could analyze the near-field and far-field plots in MATLAB to determine convergence, and tell FEKO to continue simulation and increment the near-field sphere radius, or stop. Any ideas? Thanks for any suggestions or advice!
