finline design on HFSS

hi, I'm beginner for HFSS and I have to design a finline on it. Could anyone help me how to design it step by step, or if you already designed, could you send me, please?

firstly learn the finline analysis theorical then start to modeling on hfss because finline theory is not designed before learned the theory
