Voltage Controlled Voltage Source (VCVS) - CST

I wonder if one can define a voltage controlled voltage source in CST. Also, is it possible to define a time varying conductivity for a given material.

i will be happy if you can guide me to define a sinusoidal excitation source in cst cable studio. Actually, i have a conducting wire to which i have to connect the source. looking forward for your reply.
