EMC filter created field modelling

Hello, my aim is to create electromagnetic model of EMC filter in frequency range 150kHz-30MHz
As filter consists only from capacitors and common mode choke, at first I wounder is it posible or someone have tried to model fields around these components.
The main aim of this modelling is to analize mutual inductances between capacitors and inductors, inductors and inductors.
So, can you suggest more suitable software?
I'm bit familiar with Hfss, but I've no idea about low frequncy capabilities of HFSS. I'm not familiar with MAXWELL 3D but it looks more suitable.
