Need Broadband (1-4GHz) quadrature Hybrid

Hi Guys,

Do you know of any broadband (1GHz-4GHz) quadrature (90°) Hybrid ?.

I know that Lange Coupler is one of them, I designed that to achieve the specifications given, but the width of the conductors and spacing between the conductors are 0.1mm. And minimum dimensions that can be milled are 0.3mm (using the milling machine in my college). So had to look out for other alternatives.

Try Krytar or Marki Microwave. I am pretty sure that Krytar has waht you need.

Thanks for the reply, but I need dropin-Hybrids or SMD's, I went through the Krytar, but they have SMA connectors. Sorry for not specifying this information in the earlier post.

It will take a bit of finesse to get it to drop-in gracefully. You might like some of their Xinger line of components. You could also consider cased/case-less models.
