Two parallel system affecting the Incoming ac Waveforms.

I am designing a Static voltage Optimiser.
The system is in series with the Home supply.
If i parallel the Both voltage optimiser, it is having problem in incoming Supply voltage from LT Panel (Voltage sags).
i want to avoid such sags due to my 2nd static voltage optimiser will try to High inrush in the first system.
pls check for the image attached.will give a exact idea.
Help for the solutions.
Yellow signal:First system supply.
Green Signal:Starting of 2nd system(Triggered when 2nd supply switched)

Looks like normal operation. You will probably get more servere voltage sag when switching other heavy loads, e.g. an air condition compressor or a 500 W incandescent lamp.
It may be possible to supplement the "voltage optimizer" with an inrush current limiter or make it start smoothly. Any detail information about the device?
it is multistage tapping transformer with the Triac (ACST12357) at the Primary Windings.
