[Moved]: need help on TCAD Silvaco

Can you please tell me: how to plot the intrinsic carrier concentration in a simple resistor as a function of temperature in the range 0-400K in TCAD silvaco?
i.e. Temperature from 0-400K on the x-axis and intrinsic carrier concentration on the y-axis.
