[moved] what does freq command do in cadence spectre

Hello all,

Can anybody tell me how a freq command works in cadence spectre? I know it takes the reciprocal of the average time between two successive mid point crossing of the rising waveform. Does anybody know in what time frame it takes an average?

freq command does not exist in Cadence Spectre.
Read document of Cadence OCEAN.
It does not do any averaging.
