PSRR (V to I + ring oscillator)

Hi,

I am driving the Ring oscillator with V to I converter. Doing the AC analysis to measure the PSRR ( V to I + ring osc) doesn't reflect the actual functionality of Ring oscillator. How to meaure the PSRR.
could anyone provide solution

If you use Cadence Spectre, apply Shooting-Newton-PSS/PXF analysis.
