Lumped element definition in HFSS

I want to terminate a grounded coplanar microstrip line witha resistance of 100 ohms, how can I do that in HFSS?

What I am trying to do is define one face of the air-box surrounding my grounded coplanar strip structure with Lumped RLC component, is this right ?.....
